Feet won't lift off the ground for roll animation

I retargeted a Roll animation from Mixamo to the UE5 (5.3), the animation itself plays OK when viewed normally, but once I added a control to the ThirdPerson Blueprint and played the animation using Play Anim Montage, the character’s feet won’t lift off the ground or even follow the leg animation. I tried the same with a more grounded animation such as a punch animation with the feet just sliding on the ground, but the feet just stay planted and not moving.

I am currently stuck with this issue.

Update: Got the roll animation to work by moving the foot IK bones in unreal engine, rotation’s still wrong though.
