[Feedback] Message Log window needs to have horizontal scrollbars, just like the Output window.

I have marked off my name from the file paths.

The Message Log is lacking horizontal scrollbars for us to read messages past the width of the log window. The horizontal scrollbar is present in the Build Output window, so I should also be expecting the Message Log to have one too.
