Hi, I have another issue to report. Because I never got any support from Fab regarding my Publisher account query I have not completed the account setup. When I return to the Publisher account setup it’s back at step 1 even though I’ve just gotten an email asking me to finish the setup as I have 60 days till it would be closed/reset. But the progression being reset indicates that my Publisher account has been terminated/reset.
The thing is, I’m fine with it being terminated because so far the service has been awful and I need more time to research the details of the legalities associated with creating a Publisher account. However, all I want is some clarity.
Is my account progress gone or is that data still registered somewhere and there’s a glitch with me being able to access it? Because I would love to have that be terminated (NOT MY EPIC GAMES ACCOUNT, JUST THE FAB PUBLISHER ACCOUNT CREATION).
Please, if you could also forward this to someone who can provide me an answer then I would greatly appreciate it.
