Feb Support Email Communication

Summary

I have opened a case on Fab support asking to clarify certain aspects of the Terms of Agreement when creating a Publisher account. I received an email asking for more details to which I swiftly replied to. I heard nothing back so I opened another case asking to clarify what the hell is going on which then prompted another reply within the same thread of emails for the same previous case from the support team asking once again for more details. They seem to be completely unaware that I am replying to them, something is very wrong.

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

Open a case and reply to the support email.

Expected Result

Support won‘t receive the email you replied with.

Observed Result

Issues aren‘t resolved by support.

Platform

Any web browser. I am using Gmail so maybe a different email provider/platform doesn’t experience this issue.

Operating System

Both mobile and desktop.
