Submissions for round 2 of the Featured Content Rotation are now being accepted!
This is our second trial run of the Featured Content Rotation where you have the chance to select one of your products to be featured.
In order to include one of your products in the Featured Content rotation, please complete the Featured Product Request form.
How does it work?
Based on the number of submissions, each period will be comprised of several weeks where approximately 100 products are spotlighted each week.
From those 100, 9 products will be randomly rotated every 30 minutes for each visitor to the Marketplace homepage as well as the Launcher.
You will have the chance to update your featured product before each new period.

For those that think the e-mail was not receive or went to junkmail, the subject is: “2018 Featured Content Rotation - Round 2” and sent by the [EMAIL=“marketplace-support@unrealengine.com”]marketplace-support@unrealengine.com
As an observation for my findings during the 1st round, I would say it is a perfect way to make the audience see your product. I was poping like 2-4 tweets per day to get like 4-8 video views during that same day and now Im not even tweeting and getting 12-20 views per day. I can definitely say it is giving some sales since started. Overall, great move and will benefit a lot of us sellers, and I hope will benefit the buyers too, because it is still a pain to navigate the store and find something usefull… I myself am astonished by seem stuff there in the store for quite some time and never found them by my own search attempts.
Sale requests are pretty easy at the moment, just fire off an email to marketplace-support@unrealengine.com with the product, duration and percentage off.
We’re aware of a bug that didn’t disable the first 105 that were featured last week. We’re currently investigating it further and will be working to resolve it.
That is strange. The only thing I could think of is when they would tell us that tickets would sometimes get lost in the system. Sending an email with the heading sales request and the aforementioned information is what I’ve always done to schedule sales. If you don’t get a response then post a thread in the creator’s hub to schedule the sale, and bring attention to the issue if emails are being lost.
