[FEATURE?] Resize the form for the message on the forum horizontally

I have a large screen but the message form takes only about 1/5 of its width, and I cannot resize it horizontally:

It is already possible to resize it vertically, so what interferes to add the second resize axis? @SupportiveEntity, can you pay attention for this?

Hey there @Etyuhibosecyu! I believe the smaller text box is to accommodate for the Markdown preview window feature, but the feedback on the horizontal expansion is a good one. Thanks for the feedback!
