Please add the ability to apply effects on and to vehicles.
- custom vfx device
- custom color glow
- custom outline
These settings should be runtime adjustable and not static.

A follow up on this request. Similar to how agents with vfx can now have custom niagra effects based on certain sockets, vehicles should also gain this particular ability. There should be sockets for several parts of a vehicle, all sides (front, back, top, bottom etc.), tires (if applicable) etc.
