The controls to navigate the viewports in perspective view is LMB/MMB/RMB for orbit/pan/dolly. For orthographic viewports its LMB/RMB/LMB+RMB for orbit/pan/dolly. As far as I know, Unreal Engine is the only DCC in the industry that doesn’t have unified viewport navigation controls in the viewports… Imgur: The magic of the Internet
This makes it very difficult to move the viewports around the objects you’re working on. I’ve been very interested in learning how to animate in Unreal since they’ve added the Control Rig stuff. When I animate, I use all viewports to get a good view of my character’s poses. Unreal Engine changes the controls to Pan/Dolly depending on the viewport you’re working in. This is a deal-breaker for me.
