It already takes 200 GB for temp depth maps and I see that my disk does not have enough space and I aborted calulations, but the disk is still overflowing. Seems like all temp files still here.
It would be helpful to show question about remove temp files.
In application settings there are different options how the cache will be deleted:
It is cleared during the application exit and you can also clear it manually.
All already computed cache data can be used in next computation to save some time.
