Game Feature Proposal: Realistic Building Physics & Engineering Simulator

I would like to share a game concept that I believe could be both educational and highly engaging.
The core idea is to create a building simulation where players can freely design houses and structures using different materials and construction methods. Instead of relying only on basic game physics, the simulation would evaluate each design using realistic engineering and environmental principles.
For example, if a player builds a house using mud, heavy rain should gradually weaken the structure. A lightweight building should be vulnerable to strong winds. Poor foundations should cause structural failure under load. Different materials should have realistic strengths, weaknesses, and durability.
The simulation could also allow players to test their designs against real-world conditions such as:
