I am writing to suggest a Prepaid / “Add Funds” feature for Sponsored Campaigns and to report a major flaw in the current notification system for payment failures.
The Issue: Silent Payment Failures I recently ran a campaign that finish December 8th 1 day only campaign
. My payment was never process on my debit card, even my sponsored campaign was success.

No Dashboard Alerts: There was no error label, no red banner, and no warning on my Sponsorships dashboard or campaign page indicating a payment problem.

No Bank Alerts: My bank did not send a transaction error or block notification.

Result: The campaign continued to run into debt without my knowledge, which was eventually taken from my Engagement Payouts two months later.
Why a Prepaid Feature is Necessary: Platform like Facebook and YouTube allow “Prepaid” billing. This is much better for international creators because:

It guarantees payment: You don’t have to worry about a bank blocking a daily recurring charge.

Immediate Feedback: If the “Top-up” fails, you know immediately before the campaign even starts.

Protects Earnings: It prevents Epic from having to take money out of a creator’s Engagement Payouts later on.
My Recommendation: Please add a feature to “Add Funds” to a wallet balance within the Creator Portal. Additionally, please fix the dashboard so that if a card is declined, a visible error banner appears immediately on the campaign page so the creator isn’t left in the dark for months.
