Feature Request: Fixed Framerate in UEFN

Having 120 fps all the time does cost so much energy, especially when working in blueprints there´s no need to have that much fps all the time, so please add this feature cause energy is expensive these days!

Best regards and stay safe.

I have the same problem and can’t work with editor because of heating my card. Have you found the decision? I think there must be some settings in ini.files but not sure

@Grafix Thank you for your feedback. While I cannot guarantee a response, I can confirm that this has been forwarded to the appropriate team.

You can fix the Framerate in UEFN with MSI Afterburner.
Should be adjustable in UEFN, but as a workaround a FPS Limiter is okay enough for now i guess.

I have the same problem, graphics card overheating. Have to use UE5 and export into UEFN for the time being.

I ran across this thread looking for the same thing.

Instead of using MSI Afterburner, if you’re running an Nvidia GPU you can use Nvidia Control Panel.

Add the UEFN binary to Program Settings and then select Max FPS 60.0.
