[Feature Request] customization of Package and shipping

Simply the ability for the user to set how his shipping package should look like, like how many folders are created and the directories to be exported instead of the default of : [project name]/binaries/win64/projectname.exe and [project name]/content/packs/projectname.pak

Also Right now the UE4 editor just packs every material and mesh found inside content browser in the pakfiles even if they are not used in the game , this should be removed/fixed.

I thought this was the case; I remember on the AnswerHub that an Epic employee said it doesn’t but every build I’ve done so far has. Weird.
