Hi, I would like to suggest a segmentation of Undo and Redo actions. I think it would be very handy to have a General Undo/Redo like we have right now AND a context sensitive Undo/Redo, meaning that depending on the window you are, the last action in your undo history is different. I also want to point out that some actions are ignored by the undo (I’m sorry I can’t list examples in here, but that often occurs to me when im using UE4). =)
This. Maybe ctrl+Z does what it does now and ctrl+shift+Z performs undo for the current active tab (if applicable)? I know this kind of requires a rewrite of the undo system, but it kinda needs one already - as OP said, some actions just don’t undo.
