Feature Request: Better support for VFX pipelines

Just started work as Unreal Technical artist with a major VFX house and one challenge is finding a way to easily integrate Unreal with our VFX pipelines.

  • need an easy way to export all the standard AOV’s from MovieRenderQueue without creating all PostProcessing Materials from scratch.
  • need ability to render out shadow pass
  • need 32 bit support for Z depth pass

Just want to bump this, but I don’t think the “standard” AOVs are all possible simply because UE builds the rendered view in an entirely different way than other render engines. 32-bit support for Z-Depth I THINK is possible if you specify in the Movie Render Queue config in 5.1.
