[FEATURE REQUEST] Before Movie Render Queue kicks off it would be great to do basic verifcation

When you render a Sequence it would be great for Unreal to double check basic settings. Example: If you have a wrong file path setup the system will gladly render every single frame and then spit out errors in the output log. Waste of both render time/power. User should be double checking but having Unreal flag it immediately and alert the user to make a change. It’s just basic defensive programming.
