Hello Epic Games,
I noticed that in UEFN there currently isn’t a real way to display live scores or dynamic text above player heads.
The Player Marker Device is very limited because its text can’t be updated through Verse. Because of this, creators can’t show things like score, kills, rank, team info, RPG names, or other custom stats above players in real time.
The Billboard Device can update text dynamically, but it can’t properly follow players like the Player Marker Device.
It would be really useful if the Player Marker Device could support Verse text updates, or if there was a way to attach Billboard text to players. This would help a lot for multiplayer maps, ranked systems, RPG maps, and competitive game modes.
