[FEATURE REQUEST] Add Unreal Editor Viewport Non-Game Mode Camera Z (vertical) axis lock

Hello,
please add an option within the Unreal Editor Viewport, and not using Game mode, to lock a camera, both cine camera and normal camera actor to a specific height. I would like to walk around but the height stays always locked to for example 1,650 meter.
There is already an option to lock everything in the right click outliner menu of a camera, “Transform - Lock Actor movement”, but this locks everything, not only 1 axis.
