Feature Request: Add a "Favorites" and Preset System to the Plugin Manager

Hi Unreal Engine Team,

I would love to propose a quality-of-life improvement for the Plugin Manager that I believe would save massive amounts of time for all developers, especially when starting new projects.

Right now, whenever we create a new project, we have to manually search through a massive list of plugins to activate our essential tools (like specific version control, modeling tools, or custom marketplace plugins). Conversely, we also have to go through and manually deactivate heavy default plugins that we know a specific project won’t need. This repetitive searching, checking, and unchecking adds unnecessary friction to the setup phase of every new project.

Proposed Feature:

A “Favorite” Toggle: Allow users to star or favorite plugins in the UI so they stay pinned to a “Favorites” tab at the top of the Plugin Manager across all projects.

Global Toggle Presets: The ability to quickly activate your favorite plugins, or conversely, batch-deactivate groups of unneeded default plugins with a single click.

Having a native way to manage our preferred plugins without resorting to editing .ini config files or creating complex custom project templates would make the engine feel much more streamlined.
