[FEATURE REQUEST] Acces video files not in "movies" folder on mobile app.

Hello,
i’m trying to build an app to play 360° .mp4 videos OFFLINE but i can’t store more than 2GB into the .obb files.
I don’t want to publishing the app to any store, just on local devices with usb debug enabled, because it’s for buisness only.

I need to be able to play any video on the phone storage and not only the one in the movies folder.
If it’s possibile to play video from Url so it should be possible to play from local storage too.

This is a features we ara also waiting for.
It’s impossible to build a corporate 3d and video app with these limitations…
