For anyone who would like to have the blueprint editor window (and other editor views besides the level editor) function the same as any other window (meaning you can alt+tab between it and the level editor window, and the currently-focused window will be on top - just like most other applications with multiple windows), see my post here for instructions on how to enable this functionality (working in UE 5.3.2, not sure about other/future versions).
This alleviates the confusion/frustration when trying to alt+tab to some other app, and needing to hit tab multiple times with alt held down. It also allows you to dock a different content browser (1-4) in other editor windows, as well as the message log, output log, etc.
Basically, with this change, you can easily use alt+tab to switch back-and-forth between whichever UE windows you want, and also between any open UE window and any other open application’s window(s).
