my problem is that I would like to import structures from BLENDER I export it in FBX with FACE smoothing (as below) and when I send it to unreal 5.1 it gives me this message “No smoothing group information was found in this FBX scene Please make sure to enable the ‘Export Smoothing Groups’ option in the FBX Exporter plug-in before exporting the file. correct vertex normals can be inferred while importing.” and all my textures are white

And all the texture are always white. I’m afraid you have to manually import the textures and make the material, in engine.

The only way around that is to use a plugin.
