What the meanng of this warnning. i searched in the fbx errors doc, and didn’t find it -
"Warning Ark_Pole (object name) has degenerate tangent bases which will result in incorrect shading. MikkTSpace relies on tangent bases and may result in mesh corruption, consider disabling this option. "
How can I fix it.

TLDR:
Ultimately, you’ll need to have a properly setup UV for your asset or on import options you can change to use the Normal Generation Method to Built In.

about, the uv setup, same times, i don’t know why, but although i delete the uv, that i don’t want and keeps the one i want, it cames with it to unreal. or unreal create anoter uv that i didn’t add.
about the changing in the Normal Generation Method to Built In, what does it means, and what the consequences of that choice.
