FBX Timecode Import path changed in UE5.6?

It looks like the TCHour and TCMinute (and the rest of the default) custom data is getting imported in 5.6 but there are differences between UE5.5 and UE5.6.

In 5.5, it is working as expected. The data is imported as a custom attribute and it shows up as timecode when the anim seq is in a level sequence.

In UE5.6, this is no longer the case. The custom data show up as curves (not attributes), and do not show up as viable TC on the anim track in sequencer. R-click on the anim track to get properties and TC is always 00:00:00:00). The curves look good. The data seems intact, values correct, but it simply isn’t showing up in sequencer as timecode.

Is this a bug? or is there a new workflow to get the curve data to read as TC in Sequencer? or is it simply a matter of moving parts being out of sync?
