Fbx issue: same content works on ascii file doesn't in binary

I was suffering some issues and I did my own fbx exporter for other package but now I noticed that I still have problems with some meshes but only if the file is saved in binary format meanwhile in ascii works ok.

Of course I tested that binary in other software and works without any problem

I’ve attached both versions if you can import it in other software you’ll notice that they are identical, but unreal only can load NaranjaB_ascii.fbx one.

Any idea?

UPDATE if I set the format to FBX 6.0 binary (*.fbx) (Legacy binary) it also works ok but of course it takes much more disk space.
