Fbx file crashes when imporing from 3ds max

hi,

I’m creating a archviz scene and trying to import bunch of models but this particular model keeps failing. I tried quad and triangulated version of this model but no success, had the Smoothing Groups checked when exporting. I need to import another similar curved window frame but this curved one also failed. It’s a bit too big to upload.

When, i imported your model , scale xyz = -0.1 with reversed normal ?

Don’t forget clear history & freeze transformation before exportation and choose FBX 2013 , try it

There is another crash log that will be helpful for us as well located in C: \ Users \ [Your Computer Name] \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ Windows \ WER \ ReportQueue Zip the folder in this with the other requested logs.
