Fatal Error, timed out

Hello! I am new here and am having an issue with UE5 games. The only one that gives me an error is PILGRIM, none of the others I have tried give me any type of error.

This is the error I get:
“LowLevelFatalError (File:D: build |++UE5\Sync\Engine |Source \Runtime|RenderCore\Private|RenderingThread.cpplLine: 12721
Game Thread timed out waiting for Render Thread after 120.00 secs)”

Once I get this error, the game won’t even close properly without me having to restart my PC entirely. I have also tried loading up Multiversus and get a similar issue but no crash report or error shows up when it crashes. Does the same thing with not closing properly without a PC restart.

Here are my PC specs, it is a fresh build:
gpu: AMD Radeon rx 7600
cpu: AMD ryzen 7 7700
storage: samsung 980 pro 1 tb
storage 2: seagate barracuda 1 tb
ram: kingston fury beast 16gb 5200 mhz
motherboard: gigabyte b650 eagle ax

Is there any fix for this? Is UE working on a fix? Is this just an issue with AMD products for some odd reason? Any help is much appreciated!

I have now tried with a new game. Lockdown Protocol. I get the same issues as multiversus where it launches but I just get a black screen. I am so confused on what is causing this.
