Locate the UE installation directory, navigate to the UE_5.8\Engine\Config folder, and double-click to open BaseEngine.ini. Under the [/Script/WindowsTargetPlatform.WindowsTargetSettings] configuration, add the line DefaultGraphicsRHI=DefaultGraphicsRHI_DX11. Done! Your UE can now start normally. Have fun, friend.
