Fake Motion Blur? (Post Material)

Want to create some Motion Blur more than any Camera can do., was thinking of using a Post Process Material. Like a really strong racing blur until it’s unrecognisable.

I think it already is a PP effect, you can make it ridiculous

Yes, then a more extreme PP. Probably something where you scale the UVs from the center with a circle mask.
