It’s hard to say if we know how to fix it if we don’t know what the problem is. 
Don’t be shy! 90% of problems are simple, and even the most advanced creators have hiccups sometimes! 
Let us know what the problem is, preferably with pictures, video, anything you can supply that you think might help, and we’ll try our best!
Make sure the level has a player start position inside of the level. Otherwise the character might not spawn in the correct place and be embedded in the floor.
It also can’t have a “BAD” icon on it (if the player start intersects with other geometry)
