Failing to Package Project

Hi guys, I recently started using Unreal Engine, so I don’t have much knowledge about it. I’m getting some trouble while trying to make a Build of my project.
I have to say that I got Visual Studio Code updated, and I installed the SDKs needed.

I’ve been looking for solutions, searching the entries of the Output Log, the first thing I’ve noticed is the next entry: “No Visual C++ installation was found. Please download and install Visual Studio 2022 or 2019 with C++ components.” I’ve tried uninstalling the Quixel Bridge, as I’ve reed that it could fix the issue.

I’ve looked for this entry “AutomationTool exiting with ExitCode=6 (6)”, and i’ve found plenty of tutorials or posts, but they’re all related to the Game Icon, but I don’t think so, as I’ve tried plenty of stuff.

As I’ve said, I am pretty new to the software and I don’t even know where to start fixing it. Because I’m a new user, I cannot attach the Packaging Settings, but tell me if there is more information that I can provide you to notice where the error is coming from.

Thank you all!

You need to install Visual Studio 2022 not Visual Studio Code. Visual Studio Code can be used to write source but you still need VS2022 to build the project.

I recommend setting up VS2022 following this documentation:
