Failing the thumbnail would create a list of friction for the creator (Submission form)

When you fail the thumbnail of a map submission, you have to again open Creative, publish and retake the questionnaire when submitting.

This means that when working on UEFN, I have to close live edit, open creative, publish, then go back to live edit, then submit again and retake the questionnaire.

It would be nice to be “this item has failed moderation, please submit another” and rest is already approved so I don’t have to start the process from the beginning (sometimes moderation takes a lot of hrs to moderate, or the version doesn’t get moderated so I have to do everything again) since it adds a ton of friction.

Ideally, we should be able to update all metadata at any time without having to upload a new version. For example, to set new lobby image, or to fix a typo in description etc. Metadata-only reviews should be quick.
