Failed to run SetupAndroid.bat for Unreal Engine 4.27.2

Hi!
I think I’ve had a problem since I installed a new video card in my computer, but I’m not sure. I tried to run SetupAndroid.bat in this location: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.27\Engine\Extras\Android. This error message always comes up:

What does “\NVIDIA was unexpected at this time.” mean? I don’t understand why it’s related to NVIDIA, but the .bat doesn’t contain anything about NVIDIA. I use Android Studio 4.0. I tried to uninstall and reinstall UE and Android Studio.

I looked at the Environment Variables and I only found two NVIDIA related paths:
C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA NvDLISR
C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common

I got a solution from this:
