Failed to open descriptor file on PS5

We moved our game from UE4 to UE5 recently and now I have an issue when starting a game from Visual Studio on PS5. After several seconds an error dialog appears and it says:

Failed to open descriptor file …/…/…/GameName/GameName.uproject

Prior to launching the game from Visual Studio, the game is deployed with Project Launcher and it works fine. After that, it is launched from Visual Studio with default settings. The same pattern worked fine on UE4.

Does anybody have an idea what could be a solution for the issue?

I had this same problem.
In my case, I did not have all the prerequisites installed for my PS5 SDK version.
