"Failed to load Outer from resource" error with Crowd character in 5.1

I opened my 5.0 project in 5.1 and I got a ton of errors in the crowd characters

The characters are from City Sample Crowds in Characters - UE Marketplace

The characters doesnt appear in my scene,

I tried it with the new 5.1 release and happen the same. Any fix for this?

Happened for me too, would love if Unreal made a update on the asset.
