"Failed To Load Descriptor File" on android build

My game was working fine, and i can still test it on windows. Earlier this morning, I was able to package to android with absolutely no problems. Now, Every time i try to run the app on my phone, or lauch from the editor, I either get an error that says “Failed To Load Descriptor File” or “The App Keeps Stopping”. I didnt change any of the android settings from this morning. I cant get past the ue4 splash screen anymore. Im using unreal 4.25.3, and im not using any extra plugins or anything of that sort. The app just wont open on android anymore.
