Failed to create libOvr session.: -1007

I just installed Unreal Engine 4.25.4, and when I booted it up, it didn’t open and showed me this error :

Failed to create libOvr session.: -1007

I looked it up online, and maybe I’m bad at googling, but I didn’t find anything about this
error.

Precisions :

  • At no point have I been asked if I wanted to make anything related to VR;
  • My HMD is not plugged in;
  • My internet is so slow that it took 6-7 hours to download UE4, so please don’t tell me I have to reinstall it :cry:
