I have been with this issue for a while, and I finally figured out why it doesn’t work…
Apart from all the other solutions:
- Check windows firewall
- Set affinity to high
- Clear cache
- Do a dance around a totem poll

You must not forget to have lightmass importance volume inside your scene…
