Fade Track overrides sequencer settings when rendering

Hi!
I’m having a few fade in/out in my sequencer that works perfectly when using normal playback and playing the level. However, when I’m rendering, most of my fade track gets overridden and makes everything white…

You can see the difference in the images i’m posting. One is before rendering and the other is when I click the local rendering button.

Anybody got any idea on why this is happening?

I found a workaround to the problem, though I wouldn’t call it a solution. But it might help anyone with the same issue.

I simply locked the fade track, then it worked even when rendering.
