This happened in 4.8 also but I’m using the third person template and even just connecting a print string into the face button left and right inputs does nothing. The up and down face inputs work just fine. I tired this using the xbox one controller and the ps4 controller using ds4. Windows detects the buttons just fine.

- Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
- If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
- Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints that may be involved with this issue?
My apologies, it was complete user error. I just tested it in a new template and it worked fine, so I went back to double check my action mappings and there was an old action still using the input. Everything works fine now.
