I am having trouble updating my plugin to be compatible with UE5.6.
On June 4, I submitted a file update for an update to “Pulldown Builder” that I am offering for sale, which is compatible with UE5.6.
A few hours later, I noticed that there was a problem with the file I submitted, so I canceled the submission.
Several days passed, but my request to cancel the submission was not processed, so I contacted Marketplace support by email (uemarketplacemessage@epicgames.com) and received a response stating that my request had been accepted and that they would respond as soon as possible with a case number (19590251).
Furthermore, after about a week had passed without any contact, I sent an email to confirm the situation, but I was unable to get in touch with them at all.
Where should I use the case number?
Is there somewhere I can use the case number to check the status of my request?
Incidentally, I also canceled submissions for other plugins I had listed, and those were canceled the following day.
If anyone else has experienced a similar situation, I would appreciate it if you could let me know how you resolved it.
