Fabs sales report won't show anything even after getting sales.

Summary

I recently got an email from a buyer, claiming the he bought my assets and need assistance with finding the controls of my asset. we helped him and fixed the issue (he was using a very old version of blender than the required). but, then i noticed that i didn’t got any mail from fabs for making nay sale like artstation. so i opened fabs sales report to check id i made any sale or not. i filled the range of date correctly, tried again and again but it won’t show any sales, it was just saying the i haven’t made any sale yet. the mail from buyer felt very genuine. please let me fixed sales report on the assets. and how do i check the number of view on assets.

The sales report updates only once a day, maybe the buyer just made the purchase, it should be on the report next time it updates.

I would ask the buyer the transaction Id and verify the order: Verify orders | Publisher Portal | Fab.com.
If the order is genuine and not reported in the sale report, contact support because probably it’s another bug of fab.
However, take into account that fab doesn’t send an e-mail as Artstation does when you have sold something and the reports are only updated every 24h.

Yesterday’s sales report was updated about 20 minutes ago. You may already be seeing sales for yesterday, if there were any.
