I’ll give an easy example of why reviews and comments are important. There are some products which in some cases were once free, or which were quality products and managed to get a crapton of reviews… And then stopped updating their products. Some of them are broken. Yet they still have four star reviews.
If you read the comments on them at the marketplace you quickly would see that the most recent page would be mostly complaints. Now you won’t see anything. That’s unacceptable.
