Fab Verification Process Is Faulty

My store on ArtStation is now offline because of failed verification, and now my Fab verification failed as well, it was reset, but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to proceed. The message was this from Fab Support:

"Your trader information was not able to be verified based on the information submitted.

We have reset your trader status so you can restart the verification flow. Please ensure that the document you submit is government issued or certified, and contains at least your Street Address, City, and Country."

There is not a single piece of official Finnish documentation that contains Street Address, City and Country. Only the Country is included, and the province where the passport was issued. Driver’s license includes only the Country. Is Epic Games going to block an entire country from selling on their marketplaces because of this?

Same here. I allready got rejected 4x times and i wrote FAB support allready 3x times. I dont get any information, why i get rejected. The FAB support answered, that they can’t help me, because verification is done by a third party company. But of course they don’t want to tell me the name of the third party company, so i can reach out this company and ask what the problem is.

I have a supposition what my problem could be. We moved our office and all legal documents show the old adress, but i can’t post more then one document. I also have a document from notary that show’s that we moved our place… over all its really unfortunet. I sold items on sketchfab every months, this is gone now. Really really unfortunet.

I also have the same issue. I have tried with my drivers license and this failed - but no reason give. I then raised a support ticket and got the response that its managed by a 3rd party and they don’t know why it failed, but the process was reset.

I tried again with my passport, but that also failed and no reason was given. So I have raised another support ticket.

Epic/3rd party should at least provide a reason or enable a reset without having to raise a support case. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

Same issue here. Gave bank account statements with all the information they needed and still failed. The support system is also broken and there’s no one to talk to. We won’t be doing business with Fab anymore and we advise other publishers to do the same. It’s not worth it. This also sucks because we’re official Epic partners that already went through a long and rigorous verification process for Fortnite and Epic’s other projects. There’s a serious disconnect between Epic’s multiple business verticals that needs to be addressed. It’s not a good look for Epic.

Same stuff support is terrible my certificate is gone from Trader info but support is telling me that all is good and i’m verified and that i don’t see certificate is not an issue at all!

Hi @ForcyCMLT98 . On the public-facing About tab of your publishing profile, do you see “Trader”, like is shown below?

If not, could you please send me the link to your Fab profile?

It appears that your account has been verified since you posted this. How did you try to contact us when you were having an issue? The recommended method is to visit our help page at https://support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport and creating a ticket. Our records show only one ticket from you, and that was on Feb 21, which was unrelated to verification, and we responded to it.

hi thanks yes i see it there now… your website is maze! before certificate was also displayed in publisher setting trader info… > since it’s disappered from there is what mede me confused!
and regarding tickets it was arround 6 times i was openning tickets with verification issue (Subject name was (Fab) Trader Address Ver) becouse if i click on full name it just birngs me here> (Fab) Trader Address Verification without option to further fill out my issue!
