Thanks for that feedback - I’ve shared it with the team

Has there been any fix for this issue? I’d really like to use the plugin.

Totally agree with you on this, @Rawalanche — we ran into the same UI scaling pain when testing on a 1440p monitor. It’s especially rough on 24" screens where everything ends up looking like fine print :face_with_spiral_eyes:

While building our own plugin (Asset Optics), we made it a point to follow Unreal’s slate DPI scaling best practices, so our plugin UI scales cleanly at 100%, 125%, and 150% DPI. We wanted it to feel native — especially for teams working across laptops, 4K monitors, or ultra-wide setups.

That said, it would be a huge win if the Fab UE plugin added zoom or dynamic DPI support. A marketplace UI should always be accessible — and right now it can be a barrier, especially for older eyes or small-form setups.

Hope Epic’s team bumps this up the UI backlog — discoverability and usability go hand in hand.

I’ll add to this. Everything else responds to application scale factor (ctrl+shift+w). Fab plugin should respect that setting as well.

I’d like to add, it’s not just the issue with the Fab window. Once opened it changes the editor scaling to match the Fab plugin window scale. To revert back to the original settings I have to close Fab, close the editor and restart the editor.

Quixel bridge does the same. Except the UI font is only effected. Again, I have to restart the project to return the scale to normal.
