Fab UE plugin no longer available. 90% of Fab/epic marketplace items missing from the launcher

I reinstalled Epic Games Launcher.
But most of the Fab Library is still missing and the Fab plugin is not there, what’s going on?
Refresh doesn’t synchronize my Fab Library ？
