So, I don’t have the FAB Plugin in mine, and everything works fine. (all my assets are fab) I don’t know if this is helpful but the only plugin I have right now is the WMFCodecs (V0.1)
I confirm that. My problem started when I cleared the Vault cache (I usually do this to free up disk space and I wish I could continue to do so).
BTW If you have a friend/colleague who does not have the problem and was able to install the FAB plugin without any problems, you can have them pass the plugin to you and manually copy it into the Plugins folder of the engine. The path should be this: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_5.4\Engine\Plugins
issue iv been on chat with all day with 0 acknowledgement of the issue or that there working on it!
they need to make the plugin downloadable from the site, to skip there god awful server problems!
i wish they left the market place as it was, it wasn’t perfect but at least it worked!!!

Yes, it’s not working properly, for sure. But how does reinstalling the engine stop you working on projects?

As i said in my post im just idiot 
that i deteled engines and launchers (because its also cleans up cached folder) and with cached folder you losing plugins which already installed to engine and to get them back you really need fab plugin

for some reason i see the fab plugin on my 5.5 preview version and te quixel as well. i think they are trying to add it on every version
Summary
There are dozens of assets in my Unreal Engine library, but I cannot access them through the Epic Launcher; my library appears empty. When I try to download from Fab, I encounter the message, “Unreal Engine files are available in the Epic Games Launcher or the Fab UE5 plugin.” I do not have access to any of my assets. I haven’t made any changes, so I don’t know why this is happening.

There is a bug , but Epic is working on it right now to fix it
