I’m an individual seller on Fab, and I recently completed the Trader verification process.
I was expecting to receive an email from Epic/Fab confirming the verification, but I haven’t received anything yet. My products are also still not available for purchase to customers in the EU.
I’ve already checked my Publisher Settings → Trader Details, but I’m not sure whether my verification is still being processed or if there is something else I need to complete.
I am seeing this :

If you have not yet submitted your documents for verification, we will email you at MY EMAIL within 3-7 days when the document submission tool becomes available.
If you have already submitted your documents for verification, we will email you at MY EMAIL within 3-7 days with the result of your verification request.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? If so, how long did your verification take, and is there anything I need to do from my side?
I’d really appreciate any advice or information from other Fab sellers or, if possible, someone from the Fab team.
