Summary
Hi! I’m trying to set up a Fab Trader account but it’s telling me that my e-mail has already been verified as a trader. I have an ArtStation seller profile but after contacting Fab support, they told me that “It is possible to use the same trader email address between Fab and ArtStation”.
They also said that “If you are also using the email address for the Epic Games Store (developer-side) then you will encounter the restriction”, to my knowledge I don’t have an EGS developer account, and they were unable to provide me which platform, service or account my e-mail address is tied to as a verified trader (apart from ArtStation).
After sending me to the Epic Online Support (EOS) portal to create a private discussion, the link takes me to the community for Epic. So it feels like I’m going in circles with no way to find out where my information is being used.

Steps to Reproduce
Log into Fab with your account
Click “Publish” to create a publisher account
Attempt to go through trader verification
Receive error: “This email address is already associated with a verified trader”
Unable to access the existing verified trader account or find out which platform it’s tied to
Expected Result
Either be able to set up a Fab trader account, or receive clear information about which platform or service my email is registered as a verified trader on.
Observed Result
Unable to proceed with trader account setup. System indicates email is already associated with a verified trader account, but I cannot access that account or find out which service it belongs to.
