Hello. I am a creator on Fab and I’ve encountered a critical technical bug. My model was officially cleared of ‘Adult Content’ on March 24, but your automated system keeps issuing new sanctions for the same item (6 identical sanctions already!).
I opened a Bug Report (Case #24325573) a week ago, and I have received ZERO response. My account is locked in an infinite ban loop due to a database sync error on your end.
Is there a human at Epic Games who can manually fix this? This is unprofessional and causing me financial loss. Please escalate this immediately
